RISE is a 6-month program for a cohort of ~10 women offering learning at the individual, cohort, and organizational levels. Participants experience a thought-provoking and creative process inspiring them to maximize their potential and focus on topics such as confidence building, conflict avoidance and executive presence. We hold participants accountable through our blended coach-teach model.

Women leave the program ready to accelerate their impact on the organization and face tomorrow’s challenges and opportunities. What’s more – high potential women are curious and eager to apply and share their learnings across the enterprise enabling leadership leverage and scale.

The cohort approach acts as a catalyst for broader organizational networking and ongoing learning. Participants come away with common language and shared leadership expectations to fuel future generations of leaders.
